I've been looking for a program like this for a long time. Fast Duplicate File Finder from MindGems is a free and easy to use program that checks your computer for duplicate files. You choose which directories to include and then which files to keep or delete. Deletion sends the files to your Recycle Bin, so you have a second chance in case you change your mind.
